Flip & Grip Rattle
Maddy just got this toy this past weekend and she is completely in love! They are very easy for her to grip. They are lightweight rattles but, a great feature is the grip part is awesome if baby want to gnaw on it. She has been making her own music with these rattles and loves the color and picture/mirror inside each rattle. They are fun, amazingly priced rattles that your baby will appreciate!

Sophie The Giraffe
Go ahead and make fun of me like my family did! Why would I spend 23 dollars on a rubber giraffe that squeaks like a dog toy. Well, simply because I kept seeing this thing all over the place and I wanted my daughter to have one! ha-ha. With all joking aside, I bought Sophie The Giraffe because she was adorable and I had only heard good things about her. The first week of having Sophie my daughter would hold her for a second and then fling her around. I kept thinking-what a waste of money! Then one day I caught my daughter starting to gnaw at one of the giraffe's ears and soon enough her entire head. Ever since then, they have been inseparable, always gnawing away at poor Sophie. It is a definite soother and Sophie is the perfect shape for little hands. She is light and easy for the kiddies to handle. I love her because I can easily wash her without damaging her. I would recommend this to any parent who is going through the teething phase, she is cute, she WORKS, and it is something to keep around for your kids to have as a memory when they get older or.....you can just give it to the dog!

OBall is a perfect 1st toy!
OBall gets a five star grade in my book! This was the first toy Maddy really started to acknowledge and play with. It's super light, the shapes with all the holes is perfect for baby to start grabbing on their own. It's such a big hit because no matter how young, it is such a easy grip toy. The Oball rattle has a fun little sound to it, and I'd like to stress little-unlike some other noisy rattles, it is a soft rattle so it will not startle baby or annoy mommy. If it gets dirty, no worries just rinse it with water and you are all set to go! I take the OBall EVERYWHERE with me, it is extraordinarily portable. The OBall come sin many fun colors. Hello, music!
A few Saturdays ago, Maddy and I had our first shopping trip alone. In the midst of excitement she suckered me into buying her this Baby Einstein-Press & Play Pals, Neptune Turtle. We were walking down an aisle and I will occasionally pick items up to see if she would acknowledge them and if I can get a reaction out of her. A few items into boring, Maddy perked up and reached out for this a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e turtle. It is soft and friendly looking. Each paw is a button to play a musical instrument or a melody. She quickly learned how to press these all by herself, which I still cannot get over. And I know with most musical toys, parents can easily be annoyed hearing the same tunes over and over again. So far, a few weeks in and I am not annoyed at all. I love it and will dance around to it with Maddy. Whenever Maddy comes across "Mr. Turtle" her face immediately lights up. I would highly recommend this as engaging interactive toy for any young age!
